Phone has lots of features and while the keyboard is a bit small, workable. Thought I wanted to have a touch screen keyboard instead but found a free app which was easy to install and now I have both! Less than one month the power switch died, which appears to be a design defect. Amazon cellular replaced with no questions but just made it under the exchange window. The new phone, so far, has not had the same issue. Lots of apps which make the phone more than a toy but really useful in many ways more than I originally though possible. Very pleased with the utility. Processor is a bit slower, expecially with the touch screen keyboard but I can live with it. Really like the magnetic holding base, which I use in the car and also charges the phone. A very nice additional feature to stay "unplugged". Screen is also a decent size. -- Palm Pre Cell Phone

I have had 3 of these cases to crack on me. Each time the front cover continues to come off. Eventually the cover does not fit anymore because there is always a crack somewhere on the corner -- Repeat Breakage
hey im a new yoker with an opinion. i never wrote a review for amazon but i had to give back on this one. i have tried many other cases for the phone here on amazon. so far the all were NOT good. they have many different names but mostly the same junk product that breaks when u drop it. usually they are listed in different colors for under $10. dont waste your money, i broke about 8 of them this summer. the issue is the slide part of the palm pre is close, so there is no room for a proper case. nice going palm. how typical for a big rich company to make something that cant be protected easily. (thats another story) before there was no choice, now there is. this thing fits, works and is strong. comes with clear protector for screen too. all buttons work. even the sprint store does not have a good case for this phone. i use this case with a nice leather carrying puch belt clip thing. so there is no need to read more reviews. buy this and you wont regret it! it does say otter box on the back of the case in black engrave. its medium sized. its not a big deal or deal breaker but id like to see them remove this ad from my phone case after all its paid for. -- the only one worth buying
I have gone through two of these otterboxes in less than a month. The first one broke in half within a week or so of use, so I returned it for a new one (thinking it was a fluke) only to have my second one break on me today.

I carry my phone in my bag, so its not like its getting a lot of wear and tear. I am really disappointed in this case, as I loved it when it was not broken...but I am going to look elsewhere for my third case. -- two cases in less than a month
